Pallet Exploration
The Pallet Exploration will take you and your guest through an in-depth tasting of different mash bills to help discover more about what you prefer and like about different Bourbons and American Whiskies. Do you like Wheated Bourbon? Or maybe High Ryes or Heavy Malts; we will explore what all goes into the flavors, senses and colors of making bourbon and discover what you may prefer or not so much enjoy. We will cover the facts of Bourbon History and dispel all the rumors and questions that are so common.
Whiskies Around the World
Know the difference between a Whiskey and a Whisky? This exploration will cover the history of Whiskies from around the world and the rules and regulations for producing them. We will taste samples of Irish Whiskey, Scotch Whisky, American Whiskey, Bourbon, Canadian Whisky, and Japanese Whisky.
Envy of the Angels
In this tasting, we will learn the history of secondary finishing of Bourbons. We will sample some of the great finished bourbons and learn when a finished bourbon can still be called a bourbon and when it looses that name designation.
A Taste of the Derby
Looking to do something around Derby season, do a tasting that explores the specialty Bourbon batches crafted for the great race. Learn about the race and sponsor history, and we also include a 5th tasting of a Mint Julip crafted with the same ingredients as the $1,000 Julip..

Or, lets sitdown over some great Bourbon and discuss what will make your event Epic. We spend a lot of time preparing and personalizing each event to make it unique and special for your guests, and really show off your brand. From personalized tasting placmats, tasting books, glass and barware, we guarantee you and your guests will be blown away.
Virtual Bourbon Forums
Created during Covid, we sought out a way to host virtual events to engage with customers and vendors. Today this has expanded reach to customers around the country by making personalized kits and shipping them to participants. Each kit includes 4 personalized 1.5oz sample bottles with your organization's logo, content information and Sample #. A personalized tasting book, sample cups and the option for custom-etched glassware is included in each kit.
